I would give a 0 but staff is amazing, yet providers are disappointing to say the least. They do not care about their patients nor what the patient is going through. It is basically a 7/11 at this point
Doctors are friendly and good people but can be dismissive and unlikely to truly listen to patients. You get a new doctor every time so it’s like you have 10 initial appointments instead of 1. The doctors do not seem to communicate about patients either.They say they take on high risk pregnancies but after seeing how the office is ran I don’t believe you would get properly treated or diagnosed unless you were referred to their office by 20 other doctors all saying your 120% a high risk pregnancy.
