Last year I had Warner do 3 roofs on investment properties. One was an insurance claim and the others were out of pocket. They are very knowledgeable. When it came to the insurance claim they helped me through the process. Rob met with the adjustor and I did not have to adjust my schedule, Rob handled it all. This company used sloppy subs. From seeing a guy standing on my garbage can to put up siding to the same crew breaking my outdoor garage light and trying to hide it, it was a headache. I've had two sections of ridge cap come off now. The first was fixed no problem under warranty. Now I'm told they didn't cover"acts of God." I'm not sure how else a roof gets damaged.
