This company is doing a roofing job in my cul-de-sac and completely blocked both sides of the road with there vans as well as parking CLEARLY where there is signs saying NO PARKING, FIRE LANE. Extremely dangerous, unprofessional and lack of care for all who live on this street.
Back in 2015 Warner Roofing did a complete tear off and re-roof of our two story split entry. They did a great job. Brought out a good sized crew and pretty much knocked it out in one day. This year I'm starting to get things ready to have the house painted and while looking over things I noticed a small corner of the eaves where the plywood decking was delaminating. What a great company! I wish that all contracting companies would do things this way. The sales person was very professional, went in the attic and on the roof when assessing our old roof. Found a few concerns that they made sure to address with the new roof. They were fast with the proposal, and it was very thorough, with options that made sense in our situation.
