Great experience repairing our roof from assessment of the issue, qote and completion of the work. Since we were repairing our roof, matching the existing shingles was important and they were able to locate and source the originals. I have no idea how this business has such good reviews. I chose the company because they are local, had good reviews, and I was impressed with Brian when he came to give me a quote. The project seemed to go well. Everything happened as the emails laid out that it would. Once they left, the issues started. I would recommend Warner Roofing to anyone. Throughout the entire process my partner and I were treated like their own family. Seriously. The communication from the top down was incredible. Bryan took the time to explain the ins and outs of how they were going to replace our roof. Other places would just sent out a person and we hardly knew they were there. Any questions we had got answered in minutes by Jill. You can't get this type of customer service anywhere else.
