My mother in laws roof reached it's life expectancy. Based on the neighbors previous experience with Warner Roofing I contacted Jill. She came to the house and inspected the roof, gave me a quote, and explained the entire process. They handled everything and were in and out in the same day. It was the easiest major home repair I've ever had to deal with. We couldn't be happier.
Jill promptly responded to my request for quote on roof and replacing fascia and soffits. Did her inspections and provided a detail explanation of the scope of work. Price was very competitive. Two of my friends at the lake highly recommended Warner. Jill also found a shingle that was very close to my old, discontinued shingles. Crew showed up and were well organized, completed and cleaned up all on the same day. Really pleased with the whole experience!
I had a great experience using Warner Roofing for a full roof replacement on my new home. Jill was wonderful when she came out to do the inspection, she explained the whole quote to me that day and was very knowledgeable and kind. Great experience repairing our roof from assessment of the issue, qote and completion of the work. Since we were repairing our roof, matching the existing shingles was important and they were able to locate and source the originals. They communicated often prior to the day of work via email and were able to keep the expected job date. The crew was efficient, friendly and cleaned up the yard with nothing left behind.
