3 visits trying to order Oynx bathroom shower enclosure. The only person on the entire planet who can order the items was never in place. No one else in the store was qualified to enter data in a computer concerning Oynx orders. 4th visit, I went to the store manager pleading for help. He had a very poor attitude, acting like I was being a nusiance, which I probably was at this point. Finally found someone to place my order. Gave her the specifications. This happened a week ago.
