I would give her a zero if I could! We put in an offer on a house and we still hadn’t heard back from her in five days stating whether our offer was accepted or not. We never actually received anything in writing stating that the seller rejected our offer. I found out on realtor.com that the house was contingent with someone else. I honestly wonder if this realtor even gave our offer to the seller. I think this realtor was just too stingy and just didn’t want to share the money from the house with our realtor.
