This was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I waited for more than an hour and never even saw a doctor. No explanation, no apology, and no concern for patients’ time. This place is disorganized and clearly does not value its patients. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.”
This was an absolutely horrible experience. The doctor was very rude. She even started to leave the room. I told them what all my issues were. They said I was only allowed to tackle two of them tonight as they were gonna close. She also said my ear was closed completely shot. I asked her if she could clean it out she said no that they don’t have enough time. There was zero other patients there I am canceling them through my insurance absolutely horrible. Do not go.
They lost my appointment that I made 3 months ago and am flying back to California for
terrible doctor. let me leave while withdrawing from very serious medicine and treated me like i didn’t matter at all. spoke down to me, they treat you very poorly here.
