I had my old engines removed and new engines installed, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. When the new engines were lowered into place, they damaged my underwater light housing cover. I was told the part would be ordered, and I waited patiently. Weeks went by with no updates. Took my boat to Werner performance for annual service. Called Sam & Bonnie for 2 days after 2 & 1/2 weeks, leaving messages and text for any updates only to be ignored. I was already warned about their communication but since we dealt with them on a personal basis... I still took my boat to them. Finally got my boat back only to be disappointed! WARNER'S PERFORMANCE IS ON POINT. I ENDED UP THERE AFTER TRYING 2 OTHER SHOPS. ONE SAID I HAD TO REPLACE BOTH HEADS, AND THE OTHER SAID I HAD TO REPOWER THE BOAT ENTIRTELY. SAM, FROM WARNER.S SAVED ME FROM ALL THAT BY SIMPLY SAYING THE TRUTH AND CHANGING OUT MY VALVE COVERS AND DOING A FULL SERVICE. THEY SAVED ME A TON OF MONEY AND MY BOAT IS RUNNING GREAT.
