Sam is the man I am an Offshore Charter guide “The Reelentless Experience” from Bradenton Fl, that’s right Bradenton! I run my boat very hard my motors have 3k hours on them and I still run 100 miles offshore and back everyday without batting an eye he gets me in and out in good timing and every issue I have gets fixed and done right the first time. Took my boat to Werner performance for annual service. Called Sam & Bonnie for 2 days after 2 & 1/2 weeks, leaving messages and text for any updates only to be ignored. I was already warned about their communication but since we dealt with them on a personal basis... I still took my boat to them. Finally got my boat back only to be disappointed! WARNER'S PERFORMANCE IS ON POINT. I ENDED UP THERE AFTER TRYING 2 OTHER SHOPS. ONE SAID I HAD TO REPLACE BOTH HEADS, AND THE OTHER SAID I HAD TO REPOWER THE BOAT ENTIRTELY. SAM, FROM WARNER.S SAVED ME FROM ALL THAT BY SIMPLY SAYING THE TRUTH AND CHANGING OUT MY VALVE COVERS AND DOING A FULL SERVICE. THEY SAVED ME A TON OF MONEY AND MY BOAT IS RUNNING GREAT.
