Super helpful and responsive! I was referred to this company by a larger glass business in Des Moines. Kevin looked at a repair job for some cracked glass in a residential front door, and his assessment was that replacing the door was the cheapest easiest solution. I appreciate that kind of honesty from the owner of a repair service!
I couldn't be any more impressed with the customer service and quality from Warner Glass. I obtained three (3) quotes for a broken window, and Warner's price was the best. Additionally, there were a few issues with the install, but Kevin bent over backwards to make it right and make sure I was satisfied. To be clear, the issues were related to the cheap, builder-grade windows installed twenty-some years ago in my condo, not anything to do with the work from Warner Glass. Needed a large (42X 32) custom mirror job done in Des Moines—something a little out of the ordinary—and Warner Glass didn’t just deliver, they overdelivered. Kevin was responsive, and actually seemed to care (rare these days). Customer service? On point. No runaround, no nonsense. The turnaround time? Ridiculously fast.
