I received the most atrocious at home care instructions from Dr. Taylor after being seen for something relatively minor. After following the instructions, I had to be taken to the ER. Then I tried to get in contact with the office manager about my experience and was told they don’t have any way for me to contact them. To say I’m angry would be an understatement.
I have been going to this office for years, and unfortunately at my next appointment I will be transferring my records to a new provider. The providers are amazing, and I have stayed so long because of them. The office experience outside of the providers is so terrible. I have spoken to the office manager a few times in the past, and she was great and problems would settle for a little bit, but those same issues kept coming back. Absolutely the worst primary care practice. I been going here for over 10 years now and it just keeps getting worse. This will be my 2nd 1 star review for this office. That should tell you they really don't care about you or your review or health. You will be just a number here. Today I showed up to do labs for a second time because the first time they took so long to call me back I had to leave to go to work and yey again the same outcome yet I showed up even before they opened. I switched Doctor offices over a year ago and I have never been happier. I cannot believe I stayed at this medical group for as long as I did. Every time I had to go in, I cringed. They ordered wrong labs for me, forgot to give me my results multiple times, charged me and used it for something else, got rid of allllllll my years of medical history, (I had to call a company out of Nevada to get my past blood work ) and NP Vaughn wasn’t pleasant to be around.
I’m having the hardest time getting my refills sent to pharmacy
