If you care about your family's health care needs, DO NOT bring them here. The providers are fine but the actual office staff are incompetent and unable to provide referrals, prescriptions, or resources in a timely manner.
You will never speak to anyone without having to wait on hold for over 20 minutes. They have taken over 2 months to complete a prior authorization because they keep failing to send all of the requested information. Update: They are constantly being bought/sold. The doctors are always changing and so does the level of care. One time I was in for a checkup and asked a quick question about my back, they said they didn't have time for that, but the new doctor could take 15 minutes trying to figure out how to look up a pharmacy. ... read more
Does not deserve even a 1 but was lowest I could go. My husband has been going to Warner Family Practice for years with no problems but this new company is absolutely incompetent and they do not correct their billing errors. Instead, they ignore you and refuse to see you. We may end up paying over $600 for labs that my insurance covers. They coded things wrong and are not correcting their mistake. I do not dare use them again!
Private equity took over multiple times. Always behind schedule. All of the doctors are nurses. Look for another clinic.
I have been coming here for over 10 years at least. Let me start by saying, my personal physician is amazing! I have been with her for almost the entire time and she is sweet, knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to me. However, this practice as a whole has completely changed in the last year or 2. I don't know if it's new ownership or what, but their systems keep changing and they keep having to gather my information.
