I have been happy here for the past three years mostly for general primary care services. My husband also comes here as well and he is happy. It is easy to get in on short notice if needed and I love that the LAB is located in the same building.
Just want to add to this after leaving the practice and establishing care elsewhere it was discovered my A1C had been either pre-diabetic or diabetic for the entire time I was a patient with NO acknowledgement (virtually all the bloodwork was ordered by Dr. Hanks). My family has been patients of WFP and Dr Hanks for several years. I will share the 2 most recent terrible interactions. 1st, 12/26 hubby was in ER, told to F/up 3 days for ventricular fibrillation. 1st available 3 weeks. SAD to see THE wonderful Warner family dr office destroyed by OPTUM.
New ownership
Used to be great. New ownership ruined it. Still enjoy my primary but learned today my primary is leaving too, because they hate the new ownership. Apricus is a horrible company I miss when this was just Warner family medicine. Will make sure to avoid Apricus in the future.
