I have been a patient for many years of Warner Family and went through 2 Dr's during my time there. They were good up until they used Optum..And now they are currently managed by another company. I liked my Dr although I was always waiting an hr each visit. But once Optum got involved the problems started. Took 30 minutes or longer to call and make appointments. This place no longer cares about patients instead of profits. I've wasted 4 hours trying to get seen for a single issue and check in with my doctor. The first time, they gave me an NP instead. When I arrived, the check in line was delayed enough for me to miss my appointment time. They then claimed that they could not check me in and I would need to come back another day. I have been happy here for the past three years mostly for general primary care services. My husband also comes here as well and he is happy. It is easy to get in on short notice if needed and I love that the LAB is located in the same building.
Just want to add to this after leaving the practice and establishing care elsewhere it was discovered my A1C had been either pre-diabetic or diabetic for the entire time I was a patient with NO acknowledgement (virtually all the bloodwork was ordered by Dr. Hanks). My family has been patients of WFP and Dr Hanks for several years.
