Work is good when it gets done, BUT IT DOESN’T GET DONE. Would give -5 stars if I could. Siding and railings were supposed to be done in a 5 week timeline starting September 3 2025. Happy New Year, we are still waiting for this project to be completely finished. Zero communication. Actually negative communication, no care about your landscaping or property. I feel so awkward adding bad reviews but I am simple fed up with this company. We had our siding done and our front porch. The project started this summer and they are STILL working on the front porch - but I just couldn’t wait to post. Great company to work with from start to completion!!! Nate, the sales rep was straightforward regarding options and potential extra costs that can't be known until the old roof is removed. That information really helped me to plan my budget. No "high pressure" sales tactics whatsoever. He understood my concerns and guided me to make the choices that worked for me. I am not one to leave reviews but have had it with this company. I have been dealing with them since getting work done in July. It is now January and still dealing with the lack of communication, quality control, and craftsmanship of Warner. You cannot trust a 5 star review from them because they pay you to leave one and refer them. We had a branch fall on our house from a storm and put a couple holes in the roof. Nate helped us initially by explaining the process and how they work with insurance companies to make sure your damage is covered. He was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. The team installing our roof was efficient and professional. Overall great experience! Thank you!
