Nate came out and did a very thorough inspection of my mother's roof. He then sat down with us and gave us a detailed report on the mistakes the previous roofer had made and the issues they could cause in the future. He was very honest with us in breaking the news that the whole roof would have to be replaced. He gave us a step by step explanation of the process their company would follow, the materials they would use, and the cost of replacing the roof. I hired them to redo a roof deck and a balcony that both had water damage, as well as to make minor repairs on the main roof, and it took 6 deeply frustrating months to complete a 2-day job. Less than 3 year old roof and gutters (Oct 2023 install) from Warner Roofing is leaking and failing. Called twice to request relatively inexpensive for them warranty repair (detached upper gutter run from top to middle (not ground) which couldn’t have been installed correctly, and sloped/flat roof leaking around pipe / bad boot or whatever) and can’t get any communication or call back. I have never dealt with a worse contractor. I went with Warner because of their good reviews and their promise to stand behind their work. Had roof installed in 2024. Had a significant leak that damaged my ceilings. My contractor looked at their work and found that they failed to remove rotted wood (as required) and installed new wood in other areas improperly. I advised them of these issues on July 9. On July 15 (remember my roof is leaking) they sent someone to evaluate. Finally on July 27 they agreed to send a team over. ... read more
Do not trust this company. I had my roof installed in 2018, and it has been nothing but problems. The owner, Sean, repeatedly tried to blame the issues on other causes and gave me the runaround instead of taking responsibility. I tried to warn people before, but for whatever reason my review never seemed to get posted. Now it appears that others are having similar experiences, and the truth is finally showing in the more recent reviews. This was my experience, and I would not recommend this company.
