Warner Exteriors removed the old roof on my house and screened porch. They installed a new roof on both areas and did a professional job. In addition Warner removed a section of damaged gutter and downspout and replaced it with new. All debris, including roofing nails, was cleaned up. Chris, Renee and Fernando provided good communication throughout the process.
We'd had Warner do some soffit repairs and were so impressed that when we needed a new roof they were on our list. They were much less expensive than other roofing companies, did great work and did it quickly. Five of five stars for sure.
Had a great experience with Warner. My interactions with both Nate and Christian were highly professional, and Rene did a nice job of keeping me up-to-date with the plan. Really appreciative for the repair job they did at my home in Mount Laurel.
They did an amazing job repairing the roof I was very satisfied and even recommended to my neighbor.
This is the best roofing company we came across in our area - and we got 4 different quotes. The most important thing you need to understand is that quality of shingles comes in tiers. GAF is garbage - flimsy, has a barely visible nail strip which creates gaps in the shingles as they are nailed down to the plywood. However EVERYONE seems be using it. Why? Because its CHEAP.
