My treatment was authorized by my insurance; I called, and they were very rude, simply saying they would call me back. Had my root canal done here. And they did a very good job!! The stuff are also very nice and the clinic itself is very neat! 10/10 recommendation
Wonderful service!! I followed Dr Raffie from Laguna Hills to Fountain Valley. I’m glad that he team came w him. Tammy, the manager is always interested in the patient asking about family & life. Dr Raffie too. Dental assistants are sweet and gentle. The clinic has a warmth atmosphere and music is calm. And yes, sometimes you have to wait for your turn Dr Raffie is meticulous about his work and it is worth waiting. I had my root canal and crown there. The doctor is very detailed and gentle. She was patient helping me to choose crown color. The receipt lady is very smiling and helpful. Overall great experience.
they are the most wonderful dental professionals I have ever worked with. they are amazing and helpful with authorizations and for the first time i feel important and my needs are taken care of in a friendly and timely fashion. 👍
