Would give 0 stars honestly. A couple months back i Walked in and was greeted okay nice start. Well then i told them what i was looking for and wasnt on the lot, no big deal. Took a different car on a test drive and was asking all the questions, i didnt want the car. Well we went in to get a quote on my car as a trade in, they took my keys went and looked at my car, test drove it, the usual. They sold a car while my wife was in chapter 13 and the courts said return the car because she didn't have approval..... but spitzer will not respond to our phone calls they know what they did.....
I recently purchased a Honda Passport Trailsport from Spitzer. It took me about 4 months of looking and yes taking notes of what I wanted. My daughter spotted the Honda and suggested we take it for a ride. We worked with Tysen Lata on the purchase and test drive. He was so kind and didn’t push us to make a quick decision. Story short it’s mine. And when I drove off the lot on the way home I felt very confident I made the right choice and Tysen helped with that, and as well as my daughter I gotta give her props too😊
