Bought a car here from Ryan Davis. He was honest and up front. This is probably the best car buying experience I've ever had.
Bought a 2018 Buick encore here last December. They said they inspected it and everything was fine with the vehicle but 24 hours into owning it the check engine light came on. We paid for the engine and warranty coverage and they basically said sorry we aren’t covering this issue and didn’t care that I had just purchased from them. When we finally got the exhaust leak fixed we found a clamp over another leak that was covered up. Definitely sketchy! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Service department was a very helpful in assisting me with my vehicle issue. They contacted GM and work with them on obtaining discount for the service in need. They completed the service repair 3 days earlier than projected. They did a very good job with the repair and I am very happy with my 2023 Buick envision and the service and sales that I received at spitzer Findlay Ohio. I will definitely be suggesting spitzer GM to people I know who are in the market for a vehicle.
