Dr did basically did nothing to help me. Examined me 20 minutes, told me issue may be related to a BP medication I was using. Admin told me the charge would be 250.00 before the visit, but could be up to 500.00, without cancer screening oral test, ect..They did no test that should have added the high fee. She, and most other dentist, admins , once theY know you have Carecredit, l can look up available credit, boom....bill was 508.00, including a 20.00 Covid “test”, that was a simplistic forehead temp test.
As a child going to the dentist was a nightmare. I was very traumatised and as a result my teeth and gums were terrible. I lost my smile and self esteem. Then I met Dr. Warner. Not only is he a wonderful dentist, he is also a great listener. I am so grateful that he was able to give me my smile back. This has been a long journey and I'm so happy that Dr. Warner was there for me. "Thank You" Dr. Warner and Your Staff, for all you have done.
