Talked with owner of the business about an issue and she proceeded to blame miss communication for our issues of it taking a month and a half to spray weeds in rock beds and spray for bugs and having my husband involved. Instead of the business figuring out were the issues came up she tells me i said things i did not and she has proof( cause she wrote it down). Ok?! This is the first time/year using Warne Chemical. Over the phone personnel and the applicators are great. We have the 5 step program. They fertilized our trees and shrubs and they have never looked better. The lawn fertilizer is no good. Zero growth and tons of weeds. Have pics but can't upload.
I have had this company take care of my lawn and canceled them due to poor customer service and today tried to hire them again to aerate my lawn and was turned down. Maybe enough negative comments will make them not turn down business. Very disappointed. I sure hope you never need customers.
