Good luck getting service on an existing system that goes down. It takes about three weeks to get someone out and if you happen to miss the call for your previously unscheduled appointment you will go back in the wait list for another 3 weeks. If you can wait a month and a half for service, it’s all good. They’re all about the install and not about existing customer service. Typical repair call is about $500 to get the system up and running from a kinked wire.
