This was supposed to be a warmline—a place for support, empathy, and someone to listen. Instead, I encountered a person from a nonprofit who showed zero empathy, real education, or proper training. The interaction was deeply upsetting and broke every basic rule of counseling or peer support. Where are the good people that used to answer?! Now either the line is constantly busy or someone with attitude and unprofessionalism picks up the phone. There needs to be better management and accountability with these so called specialists. Wake the h up Cincy warmline. You're not special and you're wasting callers time.
