RecommendedWe had Warming Trends come in to clean and do a checkup on our pellet stove. The 2 gentlemen that serviced our stove were extremely polite! And knowledgeable. We had questions he was able to answer and he was so nice about answering and was patient. Thank you for an enjoyable experience!
Buyers beware... the cost of our wood burning fireplace was reasonable; however the installation was a NIGHTMARE!!! Do not allow Matt to install at your house. He destroyed the insulation we had prepared and putting it in after the fact is proving to be awful. And they were completely unwilling to discount us some money back.

Not only is the cost reasonable, but the installation also includes a preliminary visit with the customer to discuss the install. In this meeting it was agreed that you leave the chase open until after the install. You broke agreement and proceeded to install insulation before the fireplace installation. It then had to be removed for the chimney install, - at no additional charge. An offer was made to discount any further chimney components deemed necessary to complete your repair.

I'm not sure about their stoves, but we had 2 fireplace inserts put in in our 2 fireplaces. We started this project last September and have had nothing but problems. We have never had such poor service with anything or anyone. It's like they don't care once they have your money. One of the fireplaces we used a few times, but until Jan. it didn't work, so half the winter and Christmas when we would have liked to have used it we couldn't. Now today, more problems. Neither we stay lit. They are very rude when you have problems!
I've owned two stoves and one grill from Warming Trends and I buy pellets from them annually. I've had years of great service from them.
Great products at great prices, awesome service, and even better people. I couldn't be happier, thank you!
