RecommendedI have gonna twice and still have a third visit to go . Hopefully it’s my last cause I’m healing well. Im going to the wound clinic and the doctor and staff are excellent. From friendly to caring and making you feel as comfortable as possible . I would recommend to everyone best staff ever!! Thanks for all your kindness!!
My mom has been here before. The nurse's are very lazy and rude. They sit at the desk and talk all day. My mom fell while 2 nurses were in the room with her. Complains of headache's but did they check her..no! You can push for help and they don't come to help. They expect family to help the patient. It is a horrible place to have a family member
The staff that work in the wound care on medical drive are the best hands down. Would recommend them to anyone. Been a patient for a year and never had a bad experience.
My pop was at Healthsouth Riosa, what a flop that place is. They kept throwing his soiled clothes in with his clean clothes. Wasn't giving him the right therapy, and it was a struggle to get him on the right meds. Within one week he had gotten more physical therapy and work outs than he did in the month he did at the other place. He is walking, talking, and able to be active on a much stronger level. I am not happy with the nurses there and the case manager. She has never been in touch with me about my husband or anything. I have tried calling her over and over and left messages and no return calls. The nurses have not been keeping me informed about what is going on with my husband either.
