My grandmother recently had a left total knee replacement and completed her rehab at PAM. We were so fortunate to have Cindy as her case manager. My husband was at PAM Rehabilitation Hospital recently and received good care. The respiratory therapists were so great and trained me and prepared me for when I took my husband home. Sonya and her team are the best!! Thank you Sonya for caring so much. Maegen worked with me the most and was a great teacher. She became an instant friend and a listening ear too. Every staff was friendly. Everyone had good bedside manners . The staff was punctual and they explained everything to me thoroughly.
Very accommodating and healing process for my husband. Staff were wonderfully kind, prompt and informative.
The place was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful to work with. I feel my rehab was successful because the staff let me go at my own pace. The only suggestion I would give is to improve the food. It was usually cold and vegetables were cooked to mush. Very tasteless! The breakfast was the best for the day. Most days I couldn’t eat lunch or dinner entree. Improve in that area and all would be good.
