Both my husband and I were patients and Rehab at same time. We were admitted together and will be discharged at same time. Everything was good, from the people, the food and the care. Definitely good care! Everything was above and beyond. We are anxious to get back home to our ranch! One staff member, Angie, provided extra care to me and to my husband. Angie deserves a gold star for her empathy.
We chose PAM based on favorable reviews and were hopeful about my father’s recovery after a stroke. Therapists and CNAs were compassionate and skilled. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was frustrating and poorly managed. The coordination of care from doctors, nurses, and the case management team was deeply disappointing. My father, who struggles with memory after his stroke, had information about his care and test results communicated to me and my sisters (one being a nurse). In general, the facility was very clean. The was very good. The chair & bed were very comfortable. The occupational, respiratory, & physical therapist were extremely patient, compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, & kind. The majority of the nurses were good and helpful. The aids were great!
I didn’t have to wait long when I needed assistance. Everybody was kind and helpful in every aspect of my care. I give the whole PAM rehab and A+. I am a retired nurse and they were awesome! Written on behalf of Mrs Tanner.
