I had no issues with staff, food could use some improvement but I'm picky, overall I had a good experience. If I ever needed therapy again and could pick, PAM Rehab would be my 1st choice!
I spent a week at this facility because I had back surgery. I was unable to walk and with the help of the staff here I was walking by the end of the week. A special group of physical therapist with the help of Robert Smith, Ally Chumchal and Christine Wenske really pushed me to improve everyday. I would not have gotten this far without their help and the great care of the nursing staff.
If anyone needs physical therapy of any kind, PAM of Victoria is the place to go. I have been treated with such professionalism, dignity, and respect, they make going home after therapy almost a bad thing!
I was in very bad shape when I was admitted to PAM. Everything and everyone was great to me and I couldn't have gotten to where I am at today without the people that helped me back to myself. I am so grateful that PAM is a place that people need to rehab and can get fantastic help. The PAM team is an exceptional team. They make you one of the family.
