my name is Tristan, and my older brother was here thankfully he got through rehab and was able to return home doing way better thanks to warm springs rehab.
My mother was well taken care of her, the rehab was very helpful, and thank she is doing much better now thanks to the staff here at Warm springs.
The staff was amazing, very friendly, and clean environment. would defiantly recommend coming here.

I was a patient after a hip replacement. Therapist were very patient and informative...room was clean and service was very good....I highly recommend this facility.
This place it tge worse. It's about money. They don't care. Even when you try to get a supervisor or administrator they will not return your call. I was there a week...never got my prescription when I was discharged until 5.5 hours later when the pharmacy was closing. When I needed meds for a headache it took them an hour to get me them. I was supposed to see the dietetion bc food is so salty and not healthy but they never came.i was told on the first day that if something wasn't right to let them know so they could correct ... read more
Money hungry, they ask for money by the hundred, they even called me at home to tell me if I don’t pay they will not give service, I have filled a complain with my insurance company to watch out for over billing ,my insurance confirm that I met my deductible and I should pay 20% but they keep asking me for more money what I need to pay even my medical card say on no money collect at time of service be careful they are differently are money hungry even there employees told me they losing a lot of patients for bad treatment ... read more
