I had a very difficult experience with the care my father received at PAM Health on 1604. While I understand that my father had Stage IV cancer and that there were significant limitations to what could be done medically, I expected a much higher level of compassion, communication, and attention to his comfort—particularly in a hospital setting caring for seriously ill patients. My husband stayed here for a few weeks and had wonderful care. The wound care unit stayed right on top of things and his every need was tended to with a smile. The staff were very friendly and supportive. Our case manager Meaghan was there for us every step of the way. Highly recommend this acute care facility.
It is so sad people like me need to find a place for a loved one and all this places have horrible reviews what is this world coming to shame on you health workers.
I would like to give a recognized, shout out to the following individuals. David at night I would like to thank him for checking on my son-in-law all the time and I never had to ask for help thank you respiratory team. CNA Sonia dayshift she was very lovable attentive and caring excellent. EV night shift Evan was very pleasant and always kept the room clean. Wound care was great, and also physical therapy.
