The entire staff from doctors, nurses, therapy and cleaning crews were all very nice and respectful at all times. Great place to recover.

If I could put no stars I would. Staff is unprofessional, poor bedside manner, broken equipment, days to get x ray results and lab work, and other medical requests. Family members had to help xray tech move my grandma because nurses were not helpful, meanwhile they were laughing and talking about their plans to go swimming later that day, taking personal phone calls on their phone, scrolling on social media while at the computer at the nurses station all while patient is in pain and needing better care. DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE!! If I could give zero stars I would. I transferred a family member here from another hospital after being there 3 weeks STABLE because the time had run out of being in icu. The first night a staff member from PAM called at 2 am saying I had to get there immediately because they were trying to put my family member on the general floor and “knew nothing about him” yet it was a scheduled transfer scheduled for 4:30pm, mind you. I am deeply disappointed with the care my mother received at this rehabilitation center. From the moment she arrived, she repeatedly complained that the staff was mean, dismissive, and did not treat her with the compassion and respect she deserved. Before coming to this facility, my mother was strong, healthy, and fighting hard. After being placed here, her health began to decline, which was heartbreaking for our family to witness. My Mother was moved to the PAM Specialty Hospital the last week in February until March 15, 2026. Her family is grateful to all staff members who taught us, cared for ALL of us when necessary, were attentive to our mothers needs and requests, with patience and a desire to please their patient while making her stay as comfortable as possible. They also cared for my father who refused to leave his wife, by providing a cot/bed for him so that he could rest when his wife slept. They provided a tray of hot food for him during the... read more
