The wound care team was great!!! Ricky and his staff are very courteous and professional. The nursing staff are very courteous and attentive. The food was the best of any hospital I’ve been in. Of course there are minor issues which I have already discussed with administration. Overall it was a great stay.
Horrible experience at this facility. We asked several times to speak with the CEO. We know he was aware he needed to come speak with us, but he never took a few minutes to come and address our concerns. We will never come back.
