Horrible place. My 94 yr old mother was sent there from hospital. She was unable to hold a drink cup, and unable to feed herself. Nobody ever assisted her with any fluids or food. They brought meals to her bed table, and left. Then, next mealtime, they picked up the uneaten food and left the next meal, (which was the exact same thing) never bothering to feed it to her. Had a very welcoming experience here! Everyone from the Case Manager on down were very professional and always attentive to our needs!
Pam is a wonderful place to be when you leave the regular hospital. They are some absolutely amazing wonderful nurses and doctors. This is my 3 time being here and I have met some wonderful new friends here. I hate to leave so fast. I am grateful to have been here as long as I have been.
The nurses and other employees are very efficient & friendly. The staff here is also knowledgeable and efficient, which is reflected thru the quality and performance of their job participation. One thing that I have noticed, in a good facility is that everybody seeks to get an above and beyond. With this company like many others strive to reach a 10 for efficiency, friendliness, kindness & knowledgeability and I cannot give it a 10 rating because they rate a 20 and nobody has surpasses them. I love it here. The nurses and the CNA‘s were the best. Every time I press the call button they were here I didn’t suffer and people like Dallas and Bre they were just wonderful. I always had my medication when I needed it and the food was really good. I would stay at Pam again if I had to they took very good care of me. I I also would like to give a shout out to Physical Therapy and occupational therapy. They were wonderful they made me work, but it was to my advantage and I and really appreciated that.
