First off I'd like to start by saying my mother and I called them this past winter to have them come out and repair/clean our chimney. they set up a time and sent someone out but unfortunately even though we can get in and out of our road they could not and we're unable to make it to us. they didn't bother to set up a return date. so we decided to wait until days were warmer. so call them again a week or so ago, and they told us that they would have to check their schedule and get back to us and they never did.
