My move in with Lakendra was the best! She is such a kind person and the property is nice.
Horrible experience, would not recommend, lived here for two years from 2023-2025 Almost immediately had problems with the air conditioning leading me to buy a window unit due to there not being a staffed maintenance tech at the time. Not soon after the ac was charged and functional the stacked washer/dryer machine started not working properly for 6 months unable to do my laundry at home and having to pay to do it at a laundromat, only to be given a machine that was claimed to be in storage after waiting 6 months. If there was an option for zero stars, this would be the place. Lived here for two years, dealt with more issues than I have dealt with anywhere else I have ever lived at. Rats, roaches, ceiling leaks, months and months on end where I couldn’t even do my laundry (when they finally brought a replacement it was covered in cobwebs and the hoses looked as if they had been chewed through), no heating when weather was below 50, no cooling when weather was above 90, car windows being broken by tweakers and homeless, my car was actu... read more
I absolutely love this apartment community. It's incredibly quiet and peaceful, and being so close to the local grocery store is extremely convenient. The spacious apartments are offered at an affordable rent price, making it an amazing value for what they provide. And the manager is always nice and helpful!
