Terrible phone manner from Kelly. What a waste of a job position being held by the wrong type of person. Some people shouldn't be employed in customer service. We all know the types who can ruin your day just by the unfriendly and self-important tones of their voice and choice of words. The world today, dear oh dear.

I've been here about 4 times with my 6 year old grand daughter that had complex issues and needed multiple treatments and each appointment was made a fortnight after the first. Lovely dentist and was great with my grand daughter. Pain free for her and no complaints.
