Working with Sarah was a wonderful experience. She took my stress and anxiety of selecting the granite away. She talked me through the process and I learned to follow her suggestions and processes. She is a top professional designer.
I have been working with the Warhall team for over 10 years and have been in homebuilding for over 20 years. Warhall is by far the best countertop contractor I have every worked with. They have completed many projects for me professionally and personally . Sarah, Joe, Tony and the rest of their team are the best! Their installers do great work and are very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs countertops, tile work or anything else they offer!
When we decided to upgrade our kitchen & bathroom counters we got quotes & samples from multiple companies & ultimately went with Warhal because they went the extra mile to come up with a solution to cut the pricing down to a range we were happy with. The tear out of old counters in kitchen, 2 bathrooms & the install of the new tops took place in just a few hours. UPDATE: Owner, Joe, called day after I posted my review. He reassured me he would talk with Russell and work on their communication. He also discounted my bill which was very much appreciated. So, while I still am not happy with my overall experience, I commend their effort in making it right. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Worked with Russell on a kitchen countertop back in JULY of 2020 (it is not November). Was told 7-10 business days from measuring to installation which changed to 10-15 business days, which took the entire 15... read more
