We moved in to our house 7 years ago, after 1 year the bathroom walls started cracking and peeling (both bathrooms), poorly made shower, water is getting on the wall, cheep door locks that broke right away, closet doors in both room just falling every time, so we just keep them standing on the floor. Poorly made kitchen sink, where water damaged the wood behind the sink, because it wasn't properly sealed, and couple other little things. I would not recommend to buy houses from this builder.
