I had a very disappointing experience at WareSpace. While working in my unit, the air conditioning was not working, making it extremely uncomfortable. There were kids running up and down the halls, and several other tenants were very loud—playing music at high volumes, talking loud and creating a constant disturbance. This made it difficult to focus and get any work done. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.

PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE!! This place from the outside looks nice, but management is really lacking and there are a lot of young people smoking weed in the units and blaring loud music and one of my units had a leak in it and damaged several of my items in storage.

I have been a tenant of Warespace an it was worst Business experience, kids running up an down the hallways on the weekdays, Marijuana smell on the Weekends, manger are never on call in the building 2pm during Business hours. Came to the warespace from a Business party to Bring back equipment at Midnight and the Loading doc was wide open, no-one was inside, pics below of the loading doc open open at night.

Our business has been a tenant for 2 years at this location in the 1700 location. The Property Manager, Khadijah, is always professional, helpful, and quick to help with any issues we have had. She has also connected us to another tenant that has become a great partner business for our organization as well! When I needed additional storage space for large shipments, Khadijah also recommended a temporary rental of an empty space that worked out perfectly for our short-term need.
