The guys did a phenomenal job from start to finish! They even answered questions I had along the way. All of the old equipment was taken away and they even vacuumed when they were done. Highly recommend.

Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night so we called this place & this guy was more than ready to help us get our air fixed on his way to work! He was very polite & professional I would highly recommend them

Amazing experience with Matt! We were recommended this company by a family member and when our capacitor went out, we called and Matt came right over before he ended his day. Exemplary service! Great price! Respectful and wonder guy! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for their services.

My builder hired Ware's Heating and Cooling in 2024 to put in the HVAC at my new construction in Frankfort. Once installed and inspected, I walked in and took a video of the knocking and loud hum coming from the HVAC. I relayed this to the builder who reached out to Mr Ware and asked for him to come back and service the unit. Mr. Ware refused to return and has not to this day. Matt is a great guy, plus He's prompt, fair, courteous, and always does an amazing job. If you're "on the fence" about who to call, just make it easy on yourself and call Ware's!! You'll be happy you did!
