Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night so we called this place & this guy was more than ready to help us get our air fixed on his way to work! He was very polite & professional I would highly recommend them

My builder hired Ware's Heating and Cooling in 2024 to put in the HVAC at my new construction in Frankfort. Once installed and inspected, I walked in and took a video of the knocking and loud hum coming from the HVAC. I relayed this to the builder who reached out to Mr Ware and asked for him to come back and service the unit. Mr. Ware refused to return and has not to this day.
