Owner is very fast to respond, contract was sent quickly, and the apartments are very clean and modern. If you have to submit a work order, they are very quick about it and they get things fixed fast. If you are looking for an apartment in Vicksburg, this is the one.
I've had an excellent time here. Don't know what problems the other reviews ran into years ago but I've had a great experience. Clean rooms, nice furniture, great location.
