I placed a hat order on December 5 a week later I never got an email to approve the proof of the hat I had to reach back out to them. They finally sent me the email so I can approve for the hats once I approved the design. I have never heard anything back from them. I have reached out multiple times and I have gotten no communication back And I still have not gotten my hats yet.
