I took my vehicle in today to get a tire plugged that had a screw in it and was told it cannot be plugged because it's too far up the side of the tire. I then took it to Williams NORWALK tire and alignment and they were able to fix it no problem! And just the day before my son called to see if the new tires that we purchased from them that was on a truck that we were going to salvage could be put on another vehicle and was told yes and get there to find out they won't do it and only wanted to sell us new tires but Williams N... read more

Had a brand new tire checked for leak. They took it off rim and checked everywhere but couldn't find a leak or damage. Didn't charge for this with knowing the tires were not bought there.
