I contacted Warehouse Rack and spoke with Chris Perkins about questions about racks and shelving we purchased from them. He went above and beyond to provide the necessary information and he also provided links for additional information. His customer service was phenomenal.

Wow! This place has great service. Sent an email asking about prices had a quote and layout the next morning. Christopher Pineda was a great help in figuring out our racking needs based on a few quick phone calls. Even more impressive is we approved the quote on a Wednesday asking if there was any possible way to have it delivered on Friday and yes they did. The driver even showed up early! If you need pallet racking this is the place to go, exemplary service!

Had a meeting with them to look At our warehouse to help design a racking system. The rep came unprepared and obviously not ready to do a quote. He took photos and said he would pit together a proposal and send over in 48 hours or less. Still have yet to hear anything from therm.
