Sales rep Chris Perkins was professional and hospitable. I had a great a experience with the lady at the front desk and also the warehouse guys that helped present and load my pallet jack. Highly recommend this company.
Had a seamless time getting a quote for used industrial shelving from Gordon via the online website chat - option to have delivery, assembly, everything taken care of. While I ended up going a DIY route since the shelves would have had to be shipped from Fort Worth and I was pressed for time, if I were doing the same thing again I suspect both the shelf quality and the experience would have been much better going with these guys.
