We researched and interviewed multiple 3rd party fulfillment warehouse that would fit our temporary fulfillment needs. Billy from Warehouse Pro was wonderful! He explained all the costs, media mail was an option, and he was willing to work with us for our temporary business needs--unlike many of the larger fulfillment centers. Really great customer service, and best part was that they were local!
I just started shipping my products out of Warehouse Pro in Dallas TX area. My experience so far is that it is a top shelf operation with friendly managers and helpful staff. They have been extremely attentive to my needs, have competitive pricing, and world class customer service. I look forward to growing my business with them.
