Miss Monica Graham has no idea of what she is talking about the guys at WPS are awesome i really recomend going there.
Horrible service. A bunch of kids who lie to customer and don't know what they are doing. Lied to me about a part coming in and ready to be picked up that was not even ordered. When I went to pick it up there were 3 teenagers talking to young girl customers and flirting instead of helping customer. Everytime you call you get a different answer, none of which are honest. My pool is about 3 years old and I had never had any problems with any aspect of its maint. or care until recently. I had tried hiring pool services to come out and repair what seemed to me at the time a broken line under a raised beam that was causing a lot of air in the system. since these guys couldnt fix the problem, i spoke with the EXPERTS at whouse pool supply. In April I purchased a Polaris 360 from this store. I got it home to find out it was used equipment put in a new box. When I returned it and complained I was offered a new unit but nothing else. The manager did not seem concerned at all and said that it must have come that way from the factory. No compensation (gift certificate, discount, etc.) was offered for my time in having to bring the used equipment back to the store. Paying $600 for used equipment is not cool.
