Ryan, Graham. Seeing you are unwilling to return my phone calls. This job was suppose to be done in December. You delivered the wrong product months late, you made no attempt to communicate on correcting the job, then attempted to redo the pricing, afrer we were well beyond the timeline we agreed upon. Product was delivered as requested and the quality was good. Price was good as well. Initially had a problem with communication on delivery dates however, that was fixed after the owner Graham stepped in and started working with me directly on updates. The project was a couple of weeks overdue but I believe the issue was out of their control. I have done business with them before and will likely do more in the future. Quality racking at a very fair price.

Totally agree with the "One stop hurricane shutters" review. This people did not perform as agreed. They didn't communicate for updates and when we called different people kept giving different excuses and postponing the delivery dates. Just like the previous person review I expressed the importance of a timely delivery and they did not cooperate. Did not perform as agreed, kept getting excuses for a delivery date. I had expressed the importance of a timely delivery and was let down, finally received an email a week later. Will never do business with you!!!!!
