I took my car here months back for AC repair and ended up having to get a new compressor and other repairs done, paid over $3k for repairs. Yes, my AC works now but ever since getting my car back I’ve been finding trim on my car that was ripped off, the clips and the mounting holes are ripped or totally ripped off. I’ve had to basically zip tie my trim to the frame as the places to put new clips are torn off or ripped open. Took our vehicle in to see what was wrong with the ac. The technician told me that it was an actuator (very inexpensive). Then hands the phone over to the girl at the desk to schedule repair. She tells me that the problem is a core, and that it will cost about $2500. I say that it is over my budget. She tells me that I owe them $200 for looking at it. No mention of this hidden cost beforehand. I called one of their competitors, and their diagnostic fee is $29. Beware of these scam artists!
