Liars and shake down. Dock worker claimed to be an entirely different company for a delivery when asked what company this was on arrival, accepted a shipment not intended for them (without paperwork), kept the packages and then charged to release them to the intended owners. Terrible service, took hours and unnecessary charges to get it back in the right hands.
Shipped my tradeshow booth to these guys as an alterative to using provided material handling services at the large conference hotel in Vegas. I will be hiring this company again in the future. Good people. Thank you very much!
