I wish we could give a rating lower than 1 star but okay. My wife and I loaded up a U-Haul with our stuff and with the two of us it only took 20 minutes. We drove to the storage unit ready to go and cash in hand. They closed at 5 and we arrived at 4:20 but when I walked into the building I asked them if we could move in, the lady gave out a big sigh, and said we close at 5.
