I celebrated my birthday here on 7/26/25. the only complaint that i had was the ac issue. I attribute 50% to my guests not keeping the doors closed, and 50% the ac units at the venue. One thing i forgot to mention to the owners was that i think they need to look into expanding the power outlet coverage (more outlets needed), and getting the one on the middle of the large wall fixed because it didnt work. luckily there was a long extension cord in the venue i was able to use. other than that i had a WONDERFUL time and so did ... read more

Highly disappointed with my end of services here. Was soo happy to celebrate at this venue. There was no AC! It was 80 degrees my whole entire party making it extremely uncomfortable for my guest to the point people had to stand in front of a fan the whole entire time to feel any air. Multiple leaks in the party. One by the bathroom. One by the garage from the rain. I had a great experience booking with Warehouse 301 from the very first conversation to booking. The communication was great, staff was helpful and the venue was just right for my daughters sweet 16. We will definitely be using them again.
