Nicest people. I bought my car from them
Wareham ford has always treated us with the best customer service. Today my appointment time was off it was at 9am on their end and 10am on my end I showed up at 10am and they were short staffed and had cars showing up but Keith and the crew were able to fit me in and get our car serviced. Also I had my 11month old daughter with me so they helped me out even more by getting me in and out asap. I will be bringing our vehicles to wareham ford for service they have a lifelong customer in our family now.
Service dept is terrible . If I could give - stars i would . Make a appt 2 weeks out and the day before they try to reschedule because their internet is down. The whole dept is a joke along with the service writers and manager. Time before was another recall where I dropped the truck off and sat for 2 weeks without it being touched. This is why people dont deal with the little dealers anymore .
