I would give no stars if possible. My sister and brother in law applied and did everything they were supposed to. But they got denied based on things on their credit report. Wtf. I thought this was a place to help people get on their feet. They even tried appealing and was still denied, which is sickening because they were trying to get their own place so they could get their children back from foster care.
Stars don't really matter for this. Just letting everyone know they have a wait list for 6 months to a year for Appartments at the moment.

I AM VERY DISPLEASED WITH MY LIVING CONDITIONS AT WARE MANOR APARTMENTS; WAYCROSS GA, OUR LANDLORD MELISSA GANDY IS VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND CARELESS AN I WILL NO LONGER TOLERATED ANYMORE, AS A LONG TIME RESIDENT I WOULD EXPECT BETTER SERVICE, NOT ONLY MY APARTMENT IS FALLING APART IT IS A VERY UNHEALTHY LIVING CONDITION FOR MY CHILDREN, I HAVE MADE REPORTS ABOUT IT BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!! MELISSA GANDY NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE OFFICE AND BE REPLACED WITH SOMEONE WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF THEIR RESIDENTS
