This place should be open at 9 am. I tried to visit the office trying to help someone else and waited till almost 9:30 and still the door was locked. The office personnel seems to work their own hours and not the hours of operation of the office.
I applied a couple months ago and got denied because of my credit I thought this was a income based apartments to help people i desperately need a 3 bedroom place fast

I would give no stars if possible. My sister and brother in law applied and did everything they were supposed to. But they got denied based on things on their credit report. Wtf. I thought this was a place to help people get on their feet. They even tried appealing and was still denied, which is sickening because they were trying to get their own place so they could get their children back from foster care.
Stars don't really matter for this. Just letting everyone know they have a wait list for 6 months to a year for Appartments at the moment.
