The initial contact was great, they were accommodating and prompt during the planning and design phase, then the red flags started. If you are looking for a company that is responsive and provides quality work, keep looking. Trust me when I say, this has been the WORST experience we have ever had!! They advertise themselves as “drainage engineers”, this couldn’t be any further from the truth. Greg was extremely professional and all the workers were great. They were polite and kept the area neat where they worked. We had a drainage field put in.
Mike and his team did an amazing job on our yard! We recently purchased a home in Naperville and needed to have our backyard fixed. When we contacted Mike, he immediately set up a same day Zoom appointment to talk about the project and give us an estimate. Not only did Mike put us on the schedule right away, he managed to get the job accomplished before our scheduled move date, just like he said he would. We hired Mike and his team to help us with a water drainage issue we were having in our yard and we are very pleased with the results! They came ahead of schedule, completed the work in less time than expected and did a great job. If you want quality work and great service, Mike is your guy. Highly recommend!
