RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!!! This company runs Longleaf Senior living in Aiken, SC that opened approximately 3 ½ years ago. My mother moved as soon as it opened. The apartments are nice, but the management is the worst!!!!! The bathroom fan has run 24 7 from day one. They had someone come in who advised it is wired wrong, then mickey it to work with the bedroom switch which only lasted a couple of days and the fan has ran 24 7 since.
