Aggressive and rude old lady who works here. I was nothing but kind to her but she just made me feel stupid. I asked for a knife to be sharpened, and she puts her hands up and says "not today!, we work on a numbered card system" without explaining what the means. I left my knife with her but ended up going back in to get it. Unacceptable behaviour
Extremely rude and condescending old bat behind the counter made me take my business elsewhere. Would not recommend this shops service to anyone.
