Amazing store with a huge display. The service was outstanding and had the pleasure and privilege of meeting the owners, who are lovely, caring people. Extremely knowledgeable and more than happy to chat. The online store is great and they ship to you as well, saves the awkward moment of carry knives on the plane... Great for gifts, commercial and personal items. Some beautiful wares and incredible history.
Good customer experience. They didn’t have the sabier sharpening stone, nor did their supplier, but they ordered especially from France and posted it. Greatly appreciated.

I very much wish that I had received the great customer service people on here are talking about. Instead I got an unhappy, unfriendly mean old woman at the counter who turned my business away because they were “far too busy”. Never mind I got my knives sharpened with best edge who did an amazing job and I didn’t have to wait 3 weeks like I usually have to with ware bros. Maybe when the shop gets new owners I’ll try again.
