This business doesn’t deserve the low rating as I couldn’t fault the excellent customer service they gave. Not very helpful customer service from the lady at reception when I asked for suggestions regarding knife sharpeners. Take your business elsewhere.
Dropped off 2 of my shears couple of weeks ago and tbhl dad been a bit slack in looking after them and they were badly rusted. Got them back today and the have done a beautiful job sharpening and really cleaning/polishing them. I think when you buy good quality tools it's great to find someone who cares about restoring them perfectly.... $40 each is money well spent. Thank you.... l'll try and look after them a lot better now
