After 5 vehicles, we got stuck with a lemon. 9k in repairs just in the first month alone. Being a repeat customer doesn't mean a thing. Basically was told to have a nice life. Buyer beware! Rolling the dice with this bunch. Read through all the reviews and just know they don't stand behind anything at all. Notice its been a year and no response from the dealership. You should take note of this. You'll end up getting the same treatment..
This place did nothing but waste my time and drive down my credit... simply had no desire or experience to sell a car to me or anyone for that matter... zero listening skills from the two reps I worked with and couldn't seem to care less that I was a motivated buyer and ready to go, and supposedly teed up by the owner, that they said never happened and had no evidence that I even existed or even spoke to the owner .... I guess the 45 minutes I spent with him as he was telling me everything I wanted to hear and how easy it wo... read more
I had a great experience at Wards. Jason has an incredible team assembled. Everyone I spoke to were very professional and courteous. They were also knowledgeable and had my deal done very quickly. I delt with Kristie and she did a fantastic job. She made me feel welcomed and like part of the family.
