If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I absolutely would not recommend this place to even a family of roaches. The owners are extremely rude, and animal hoarders.i think i saw atleast 8 dogs in a house where you can barely walk around the junk, and that wasn’t even all of their animals. if you are looking for a place to rent, FIND SOMETHING ELSE. the people who run this park are greedy slum lord oweners. as stated in the comments, yes, the will bend over backwards just to get you to rent one of thier crappy trailers. if you are a day late with your rent they will be at your door asking for it. we had the misfortune of renting from them when i was against it. the trailer was nasty, with dishes left form other tenant that we had to throw away, the fidge had to be cleaned, there were holes all over the walls, ... read more

I've lived in Ward's Mobile Home Village for 8 years now. I lived here thru the transition of ownership and can say that I see positive improvements. As with any change of ownership there's an adjustment period of learning. The owner learning their tenants and park, making appropriate changes to satisfy the needs of both.
