My second review because I just can’t believe how incredible they are. My mom transitioned in May. I recently called to ask a question and they not only remembered us but also said they were thinking of us and were are in their prayers. Such warm people. I wish everyone could take their loved ones here at the end of their journey. Thanks again guys
This past week has been the hardest of my life, but John Wayne and the team at Wards were compassionate and knowledgeable in helping us with all the questions and decisions. It didn’t feel like a business-customer relationship, but a friend-mentor.
John and all the staff at Wards are top notch. From the planning to the service I can’t describe the care and support they showed my family during our mom’s service.
Words cannot express how welcoming and loving Wards funeral home was. Extremely clean, professional and caring. At the darkest hour and worst time of my life they treated me, a complete stranger, like family. Steven and John Wayne went over and beyond to assist my family in giving my mom the going home she deserved. I am in tears writing this review. Thank you guys
