my friend took the car there ..waited 2 and a half weeks ..should of been done sooner ..kept saying waiting for the part..how about over night ?? had to rent a car because of them taking their sweet time..very rude unprofessional..it wasn't done right after all this
Wards was called to an accident scene where the vehicle was winched out of a small ditch, the road was cleaned up and vehicle was towed to their lot just over 7 miles. Their storage fee is $85 per day. After all of that they produced a bill of $1607. They are not willing to negotiate on price. If they come to the scene of your accident, I would wait for someone else. Many of their Facebook reviews are from their own employees.

Brought a truck in...got a quoted price to remove everything chrome & purchase paintable to match the truck...agreed to the price. Returned to pick the truck up to find out....after it was partially done that they forgot door handles....they were still chrome compared to every other square inch of the truck being black. All said and done with...another $1k to actually do what was originally agreed on. Wards is definitely at the top of the list for collision repair in this area. Amanda showed me photos of the repair which helped me understand the process and worked with my insurance adjuster to get me the best parts. My car looked like nothing ever happened to it. Would recommend these guys to anybody!
These guys were so wonderful to work with. They updated me on the status of my car then entire time, and were right on time with the expected pick up date. My car is back to its fabulous self. I am so pleased with their services!

This place is a complete rip off. Had my truck for 30 days didnt undercoat it tried to charge me for it. Brought truck to different body shop they said wards never replace panel but charge me for it. Naw i have to sue for my money back. Peace of shit
Wonderful experience for my daughter who just bought her first car from Ward's! The service was amazing. She was able to purchase a super clean car at a great price and drove away in it a few hours later. Thank you to the Wards!!!
