If I could give zero stars, I would. This provider only allows a 5-minute grace period, and I arrived just one minute past that—only 6 minutes late, yet he insisted that I reschedule. Extremely inconsiderate, especially since there were no other patients waiting. Very disappointing! It took me six months just to get this appointment.
